About Solar Learning Tuklas Program

Solar Learning Tuklas Digital ALS developed in partnership with La Salle Green Hills — an enhanced, digital and asynchronous program delivered through the Tuklas mobile app. Solar learning Tuklas Digital ALS is patterned after the Department of Education’s curriculum for the Accreditation and Equivalency Program, an alternative pathway for learners who are literate but are unable to complete 10 years of basic education. Through Tuklas Digital ALS, learners can study and complete Junior High School by way of blended learning (Internet, Pay-television, videos, and individualized instruction).

Solar Learning DepED ALS Channel 

DepEd ALS (Department of Education Alternative Learning System) is administered by the Philippines’ Department of Education. Described as a “second chance education program,” it gives out-of-school youth and adults an opportunity to acquire basic and functional literacy skills and access equivalent pathways to complete basic education. DepEd ALS is the creator of the Tuklas Digital ALS curriculum, managed by learning facilitators and mobile teachers. It also administers the Accreditation & Equivalency Assessment and grants the Certificate of Secondary Level Completion to the Tuklas Digital ALS learner.
